Microcosm Series

This processed-based series of "microcosms" is a tribute to the beauty and wonder of celestial creativity. There are physical laws that dictate how matter behaves in the universe; a guide, if you will, to how the cosmos makes its art. These works are created as organically as possible with the intention of paralleling those creative processes. Things like specific gravity, surface tension, diffusion, relative viscosity, and properties of emulsion, dictate much of the composition. I prefer to be as hands off as possible to allow the work to develop on its own terms.
